Obituary for Edie Mae Hatten

Edie Mae Hatten, 86, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Kellerville, passed away at 10:20 a.m., on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at the Bridges at Bent Creek in Mechanicsburg.

Born on February 9, 1936 in Wernersville, Berks County, she is the daughter of the late Roy and Eva (Dillman) Keller.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry D. Hatten on December 6, 2014.

Surviving are: one daughter, Kelly M. Radcliffe of Camp Hill; her husband's sons, Curtis Hatten of Lawrence, MI and Alan Hatten of Hartford, MI; and her husband's four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mrs. Hatten was a 1953 graduate of Fayette High School in McAlisterville and was a life long member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Millerstown.

Edie Mae spent her entire career in the airline industry where she last worked and retired as a Lead Agent for the Harrisburg City Ticket Office of USAirways.

She enjoyed gardening, especially flower gardening, and traveling.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Faith Lutheran Church, 161 Dressler Ridge Road, Millerstown with the Rev. Paul Kampa officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining church’s cemetery.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 AM on Thursday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Hatten’s memory can be made to Faith Lutheran Church Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 164, Richfield, PA 17086.
