Obituary for Patricia A. Leister
Patricia A. Leister, 61, of McAlisterville, passed away at 1:47 PM, Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
Born on January 13, 1959 in Brooklyn, NY, she is a daughter of the late Stephen and Alberta (Rogers) Huvane.
She is survived by: her children, Eric B. Leister and his companion Karen Knepp of McClure, John P. Leister, Jami M. Kreider and her husband Steven all of McAlisterville, and Tom O. Leister and his wife Lindsey of Yeagertown; and seven grandchildren, Madison Leister, Lillian Leister, Brooke Kreider, Katelyn Kreider, Stevie Kreider, Natasha Swan, and Alliyah Swan.
Patricia was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Bayada Pediatrics in Selinsgrove until she retired due to health problems.
Ms. Leister enjoyed traveling, going to yard sales, and loved helping people, especially as a LPN; however, she cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a strong, brave, and caring woman who will be greatly missed.
All Services will be private.
