Fran J. Neiman, 88, of Mifflintown, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 6, 2019.
Born on July 7, 1931 in Lewistown, Mifflin Co., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lydia (Chilcoat) Secrest.
On September 25, 1963, she married her late husband, Donald W. “Jack” Neiman with whom she was blessed to share over 36 years of marriage before his passing on October 10, 1999.
She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Zong and his wife Caroline of Richmond VA, Robin D. Bryner and her husband Jeff of Mifflintown,and Rhonda D. Acri and her husband Tony of Dillsburg; her companion, Dave Kell; a step-daughter, Donna Koopman of Phoenix, AZ; one brother, Ralph Secrest of Lewistown ;twelve grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several generations of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge Street, Mifflintown.
Interment will be private at the Union Memorial Gardens, Mifflintown.
